Three Olives Italian Kitchen and Bakery began as a simple home bakery in 2010. When owner Karen moved to Missouri in 2018, she continued baking from home until 2022, when she opened her first storefront, A Sweet Affair Bakery and Cafe. There, she built a loyal following with her passion for baking. While running her bakery, Karen realized that the community didn\u2019t have many sit-down restaurants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inspired by that need\u2014and by the love she and her two children, David and Brittney, share for Italian food\u2014Three Olives Italian Kitchen and Bakery was born. The name holds a special meaning: the \u201cthree olives\u201d represent Karen, David, and Brittney, a family bound together by tradition, food, and the joy of bringing people together around the
table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
